I picked up another gun recently, a black Glock 19. It's about the same size and shape as the Kimber Pro CDP II that I have, but it's a very different type of gun. It shoots 9mm which means firing it is cheaper and easier on the body, which is bonus.

I also picked up a Streamlight TLR-2 combination flashlight/laser guide which mounts underneath the front of the gun. A really awesome product, high quality, I recommend it. Now I need to make sure to get down to the range every week and practice with it and zero in the laser.

Currently I am using a Galco holster which sits inside of your pants (but hooks to your belt). I cannot concealed carry in California, but soon I will have my UT/FL license which will allow me to carry in something like 31 states. (Pursuant to local regulations.)

I'm trying to establish a weekly shoot of some sort. Probably one night after work get Janine and Paul and go down to a local range that stays open until midnight and put some rounds through something. Given the past few weeks this is going to double as stress relief as well as building up my accuracy and familiarity with my weapons!
